Zelensky named the condition under which the war in Ukraine could end next year

The war in Ukraine may end next year. However, this depends on the will and decisions of other leaders, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in an interview with Sky News.

“We will do everything to end this war. And we have every opportunity to end this war next year. We can do this, but only together with Europe, together with the United States and, of course, together with Ukraine,” the Ukrainian president said.

Zelensky added that future US President Donald Trump can put great pressure on Russia by strengthening Ukraine. He also pointed to diplomatic ways to end the war, RBC-Ukraine reports.

“This can happen quickly, but everything depends on the will. On the will of those who want it. It is clear that this is not easy and it will not happen tomorrow. But it can happen next year. I feel so, but everything depends on the decisions and will of other leaders,” Zelensky said.
